  • Do the Gifts I am ordering come gift wrapped?
    Yes. All gifts come gift wrapped in a Luxury design gift bag, box or Wrapping paper. Each Gift will have the code on, making them easy for you to distribute to your residents after they have been delivered.
  • My Items have not arrived what do I do?
    Thank you for your order. Please be aware that during busy times delivery's can take longer to get to you. Please allow a window of 10 Working days for your delivery to arrive, if you would like some reassurance you are more than welcome to contact us or you can track your delivery through the tracking number that would be sent to you by email.
  • Can I pay by head office?
    Yes. If your company requires payment to be made by head office then please select the invoice option at check out. Once you have received your invoice, you can then forward this to Head Office.
