SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are send via Royal mail first class Standard service, within 2-3 Working days. However during busy periods dispatch can take up to 5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will recieve a conformation email, with your tracking number. You can track your order on royal mail website or on the members portal on our website.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the items, we include in our gift boxes we are unable to accept returns or
issue refunds. If your box has arrived in less that perfect condition, please notify us within 48hrs so we can have the opportunity to make it right for you. You can reach us via email at sales@whiteboxcompany.co.uk

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major Credit & Debit cards including, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment by Paypal if you have a pay pal account. We understand that some payments may need to be made by head office in this case, we will issue an invoice to the email you have provided. This will allow you to also pay by BACS if you would like. If you choose to pay by invoice your gifts will still be sent in the same time frame as other payment methods.
